PRIVACY POLICY

Tsugaru Offshore Energy GK(hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) recognizes that the proper management and protection of personal information in the course of conducting its business and services is a critical responsibility. In order to fulfill this responsibility, the Company handles personal information in accordance with the following Privacy Policy.

    The Company recognizes that the proper management of personal information is an integral part of compliance. We will comply with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information and relevant governmental guidelines, and ensure thorough awareness among our officers and employees.

    The Company will implement appropriate security measures and strive to manage personal information properly in order to prevent unauthorized access, loss, falsification, leakage, or destruction of collected personal information.

    The Company will not provide or disclose personal information to third parties without the prior consent of the individual concerned, unless required by laws and regulations.

  • 6.Disclosure, Correction, Addition, Deletion, or Suspension of Use of Personal Information

    If the Company receives a request from an individual for disclosure, correction, addition, deletion, or suspension of use of their personal information held by the Company, the Company will confirm the identity of the requester and respond appropriately.
